Aceto Balsamico di Modena Riserva 250ml

This extra thick, sweet balsamic is traditionally served drizzled on chunks of fresh Parmigiano Reggiano, a combination which is traditionally accompanied with a glass of Prosecco as an apperitif.
Beautiful with olive oil for dressing a salad, it is also lovely drizzled sparingly over grilled vegetables and mortadella as an antipasto, and to enhance steaks, eggs or grilled fish, as well as on fresh fruit such as strawberries and pears and on plain Crema (custard) gelato. Indispensable really!
