Good depth of ruby-garnet colour with an intensely perfumed nose, with floral notes and a touch of mint lifting the ripe dark fruit.Tremendous structure, dense, tight tannins, intense plums and prunes on the palate and the characteristic Nebbiolo acidity are all perfectly balanced. Lovely long length, with a floral, aniseed quality on the finish.
