Product Description
A powerful, aromatic blue cheese pressed with sweet red grape husks which give it a fruity, sweet aftertaste. Aged for a minimum of 6 months. It’s a real star amongst cheeses, exquisite served with a glass of chilled Passito di Pantelleria or Marsala from Sicily.
