Bucatino 500g

A long narrow pasta from Rome, it is like spaghetti with a hole running through the middle. Traditionally served with a tomato based sauce incorporating fried guanciale or pancetta. Do as the Italians do; once you drain the pasta add it to the pan with the sauce to mix and coat each strand thoroughly, then serve dredged with a generous helping of grated pecorino or parmesan.
