Capunti 500g

A short pasta from Puglia, shaped like an elongated oval. Quite thick and coarse textured, these are great with all sauces, which will cling to the rough surface. For a quick supper, cook in plenty of salted water with some olive oil, then stir in a jar of our tomato and basil sauce and dredge with grated parmesan.
