Everything went down extremely well and there were almost too many highlights to mention, but I will give it a try.  The Salmon and Orange Pate got lots of great comments as did the steak; particularly with the truffle salt.  The Sparkling Red Wine with the Charcuterie was also a hit and everyone wanted details of the White Wine which they thought was fabulous.
