Creamy, soft and rich, this flavoursome but sweet blue is our best seller. It is matured for 2 months. Remove from the fridge 2 hours before serving to allow it to soften and run and its aromas develop. Lovely drizzled with mosto d’uva, a sweet , syrupy grape reduction.
