Amongst our best sellers: gorgonzola dolce (mild and oozingly creamy blue); tallegio (very flavoursome and creamy, matured in caves), pecorino rosso (a younger, medium textured Sardinain sheep cheese). Drizzle a little truffle honey over any of these cheeses – just incredible!
