Lemon Nougat 200g

Like the almond nougat this sweet treat is sticky and crunchy at the same time, infused with an intense lemon flavour from the locally grown fruit. Made in Tonara in Sardinia, a little town whose reason for existence is to make, they contain only four ingredients; almonds, lemons, honey and egg whites, hence the fragrant and pure flavours and beautiful textures. A million miles from the commercially produced versions you may have tried elsewhere.
