Manzo Tirolese

Manzo Tirolese is a speciality from the alpine region of Alto Adige. The beef is marinated in red wine and herbs then slowly smoked and coated in black pepper to provide an aromatic intensity with a taste to match. Serve with other cold Italian meats and grilled antipasti.
