San Daniele DOP is the finest ham from the mountain regions of San Daniele in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Matured for between 18 to 24 months it is sweeter than the Parma ham, with a buttery,delicate texture. Perfect served with sweet melon and black pepper, or pride of place on a charcuterie board. DOP is the trade stamp for top quality and authenticity.
