Salame Rustico

Another Sardinian speciality, these meaty, horse-shoe shaped rustic salami are great placed on a board to be roughly sliced and eaten with some music paper bread and crema di pecorino. They are traditionally packed in hunters’ rucksacks to sustain them during their forays into the forests and mountains.
