Traditional Spaghetti of exceptionally high quality. Do like the Italians and once you drain the pasta add it to the pan with the sauce to mix and coat each strand thoroughly. Our pasta has a coarse surface to allow a generous coating of sauce unlike many you find on the market with a shiny smooth surface.
