Sweet, succulent and soft, these large specimens are enriched with warm Sardinian sunshine, fennel seeds and wild herbs and marinated in fine olive oil. A fantastic accompaniment to charcuterie and cheeses, atop crostini or bruschetta. Try them on top of our ligurian olive bread squidged with wild thistle pate. Brilliant.
