Aged in oak barrels then pressed with fresh nebbiolo grape husks, this firm textured, robust flavoured cheese is something special. Nebiolo is the king of the Piedmont grapes and produces the best Barolo and Barbaresco wines, which are the obvious accompaniment to this lovely cheese.
