Wild Thistles 280g

A Sardinian speciality, redolent in flavour to its cousin the artichoke. The stalks of these wild plants are marinated in olive oil, vinegar and local herbs and are great served with charcuterie or cheeses, chopped into salads, pasta dishes or on pizza.
